Stenocereus Fimbriatus (Cuba)

You will receive an 8-10″ plant.  Stenocereus fimbriatus is a species of organpipe cactus from Cuba.  It is rare in cultivation and I have only a few of my seed-grown plants left.  I have a licensed Florida nursery and can sell to the lower 48 except California.

aring for Stenocereus fimbriatus, the Fimbriate Organ Pipe Cactus, is relatively simple. Plant it in well-draining soil and provide abundant sunlight in a sunny location. Water sparingly, allowing the soil to fully dry between waterings, especially during the winter dormant period.

Fertilize with a balanced cactus fertilizer during the growing season (spring and summer), usually every 6-8 weeks. Pruning is seldom required, but remove any dead or damaged growth if necessary.

Shield the cactus from frost and freezing temperatures, as it’s not cold-hardy. With these steps, your Stenocereus fimbriatus will thrive and exhibit its unique desert beauty.
