No returns, refunds, exchanges. The Magic Walnut cannot be held responsible for delays or damage due to the shipping agency. Or for packages left outside in inclement weather. If the product arrives damaged due to packing failure please contact me with an unboxing video, complete, with the complete plant, within 2 hours of delivery notification so I may assess the situation. If the cause of product damage was indeed a packing error, I will provide a return label and upon your shipment back to the magic walnut, your replacement will be quickly sent out! Thank you!
