Peperomia Obtusifolia ‘Marble’ has thick stems, and round, glossy, dark green, and creamy yellow markings which resemble marble. It is a popular houseplant for beginners due to its easy-to-care plant. It is native to the tropical country of Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean.
You can plant them in a pot and place them on the center table where they can give a tropical accent to your home. This plant appreciates bright and indirect sunlight and well-drained soil. Allow the soil to dry before watering them to prevent root rot and make sure there’s an excellent draining hole in the pot.
Fertilizing them during their growing season from spring to summer using a diluted liquid fertilizer will help them grow faster. Watch out for mealybugs, spider mites, and whiteflies. Use insecticidal soap to treat them.
The easiest way to propagate them is via stem cuttings and division. You can grow them in USDA Hardiness Zones 10-12.
