LIVE Hibiscus rosa-sinensis ‘El Capitolio Peach’, Live Plant in a nursery container with soil, potted well rooted. Flower size 3-4 inches. Container size 3.5 or 4 inches. Live El Capitolio Peach hibiscus plant can be used as a house plant. Attracts Bees, Butterflies, and Hummingbirds. Please read the plant description. Great for holiday gifts!
The El Capitolio varieties, like all the hibiscus ancestor plants, are vigorous, strong, fast-growing, large plants that flower all the time in good conditions. Outside they can reach 8′ in a large pot, although they can be trimmed to the size desired if they start to get too big. Like the other ancestors of the modern hibiscus, El Capitolio is well suited for sunny and hot growing conditions.
NOTE: For the live plant orders we ship on Monday – Wed only to prevent the live plants from sitting over the weekend before delivery.
Shipping notes: Because your plant has been in a box without sunlight for a few days in shipping, it might decide to yellow and drop a few leaves when it first arrives. This is normal. (If it loses all leaves, this is not normal, and you should contact us.) Adjust your plant to the light very slowly, don’t put it in the bright sun right away, wait for about 5 days.
PLANTS ARE NOT PERFECT! While we try our best to make sure every plant looks amazing, it is possible that a small burn spot or tiny hole may be present. We do grow our plants organically and some are grown outside, so it’s possible for nature to make a small imperfection.
We are a bee and butterfly-friendly nursery. We use minimal spraying and as much natural means to take care of our pests as much as possible. You might get a few holes on the leaves, it’s normal the plant won’t die.
If you have any questions, please ask.
We do not want any confusion or misunderstanding.
Although we get many questions a day and at times it may take a few days to catch up with all messages.
Grown and available all year from sunny North Florida, without the use of pesticides.
