Aloe Variegata has smooth, dark green leaves, tiger stripes, and tiny white teeth that form a lovely rosette. They are native to South Africa and Namibia. This popular houseplant is easy to care for and doesn’t need much attention.
As they mature, they produce orange or red and yellow flowers that appear in winter or spring. It thrives in bright and indirect sunlight and well-drained soil. When watering them, water thoroughly and allow the soil to dry before watering again, and make sure there is an excellent draining hole in the pot.
This plant doesn’t need fertilizer, but fertilizing them once a month during their growing season from spring to summer using succulent fertilizer will help them grow faster. You can propagate them via offsets and seeds. You can grow them in USDA Hardiness Zones 9a-11b at 20-50 degrees F.
